WHEN COOKING SAUSAGES.
Here is a good hint for cooking sausages! Sausages often break their skins and look an unsavoury mess when cooked in the usual way. Try this method. Hold the sausages under the tap for a few ■jeconds, then by running a knife along each, just -cutting the skin, the latter can be removed easily and cleanly. Next roll the sausages in a little flour on a plate, and put them into the frying pan in boilin? fat. They will thus " brown" nicely, and will retain their original shape and size.
