NORTHCOTE VOTING.
FOUR NEW COUNCILLORS. No election was necessary for the Northcote Mayoralty, the retiring Mayor, Mr. A. E. Greenslade. being returned unopposed. There were 12 candidates for the nine seats on the Borough Council. Five of the eight retiring councillors who again offered their services were returned, those, defeated being Messrs. P. J. Ryan, A.
