FOUR NEW MEMBERS. There was no election for the Mayoralty of Devonport, Mi'. E. Aldridge be'ng returned unopposed. Five of the seven sitting members of the council who offered themselves for re-election were returned, four now members being elected. The poll was topped by Mr. W. CassellsBrown, a. new member.
