TUG OUT OF COMMISSION.
BLUFF HARBOUR VESSEL. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] INVERCARGILL, Wednesday. It is reported from Bluff that the Bluff Harbour Boax-d's tug Southland, which cost approximately £43,000, has been tied up indefinitely. It is stated that the trouble appears to be in tho engines, and delay has been caused in the Stewart Island service. The Southland has been replaced by the old tug Theresa Ward.
