DAMAGE BY EARTHQUAKE.
HIGHWAY AT ARTHUR'S PASS. [KY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Main Highways Board has approved a substantial siim for expenditure in restoring damage done on the highway between Arthur's Pass and Otira during the recent heavy earthquake in that locality.
