ENTRY ALLEGED.
STOREROOM OF HOTEL. TWO MEN IN COURT. [BY TELEGIIA Tit. OWN COIMtEsrONDEST.] AVAIIII, Monday. A charge of having broken and entered the storeroom of tlio Bob Boy Hold, in Seddon Street, Wailii, shortly before eight o'clock on Saturday evening, with intent fo commit a crime, was preferred against Charles Henry Bonnie, married, aged 38, and Raymond Albert Hales, single, ;ij;od 23, who appeared before Mr. J. E. Slevin, J.P., in the Wailii Magistrate's Court tu-dav. They were remanded t«i appear to-morrow. Mr. J. B. Hoodie, for Hales, said his client had a complete answer to tho charge, and Hales was granted bail on his own recognisance of £25. Ronnie was admitted, to bail in tho sum of £SO, with ono surety of a, like, amount. On a. further charge of having behaved in a disorderly manner while drunk in Hosornont Road, about an hour after the alleged offence, Hales was convicted and ordered to pay costs.
