A message from Constantinople says it seems to be established that Leo Trotzky's stay in Turkey will bo transitory until ho secures a permit to reside in Berlin on condition that he refrains from political activity. Trotzky says lie intends to write his memoirs while he is undergoing a health cure in Berlin. The latest gossip from Moscow is that Stalin is about to attempt to depose Bucharin, president of the Third (Communist) International, on the grounds of his hostile activities.

One Moscow, correspondent says Trotzky is going to Angora, where he will stay at the Soviet Embassy. If so he will still bo on Russian territory. He will be allowed to leave the grounds only when accompanied by a double armed guard, one furnished by the Embassy, and the other by the Turkish Government.
