RAILWAY DISORGANISED. RIVERS OVERFLOW BANKS. BRISBANE, Jan. 11. For 60 successive days there has been no traffic on the Great North Coast Kailway between Ingham and Tully. The Herbert River is 10ft. over the railway bridge. The Tully River is over its bank, and for three miles the rails are sft. under water.
