ORDER MADE FOR RETURN.
An order for restitution of conjugal rights was granted to George Lewis Payne (Air. Sullivan) against Eva Amelia Payne in tho Supremo Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Frazer. Petitioner said be. was married in 1925. His wife left him a, year later, and refused to return.
