UNDEFENDED DIVORCES.
THREE DECREES GRANTED. Three undefended actions for divorce were heard in ihe Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Frazer. .John Inglis, .seaman, of Auckland (Mr. Sullivan) whs granted a, decree, nisi against Margorio Rosina Marion Inglis. fin tho ground of adultery. Alfred Ellis was named as co-respondent. A decree nisi was granted to Amelia Christina Mabel Lawn (Mr. Matthews), against John Henry Lawn, on tho ground of adultery. Tho case was adjourned from Inst week for further evidence regarding respondent's behaviour, and after this had been given J lis Jfonor said ho was Siatisfied ;t decree was warranted.
reter Angus Mitchell (Mr. Singer) was granted a decree nisi against Amy Isobel Mitchell on the ground of failure (o coinply with ari order for restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner said tho order >.\as made by tho Court in August, 1927.
