SKETCH CLUB EXHIBITION.
SEVERAL SALES EFFECTED. Tho Auckland Sketch Club's exhibition at the Society of Arts gallery in Kitchener Street continues to attract interest, and there was a numerous attendance yesterday. Tho following recent Bales have takon place"Ngaruawahia Bridge," a painting by Alice VVhyte. £1 12s 6d; "McKay's Timber Mill, Kairara," Adelc Younghusband, £2 2s; "The Pebbly Stream," Ida G. Eise, £5 ss; "A Bend in the Road," Hilda Wiseman, £1 10s; "The Harbour, from Parnell," Ella Spicer, £2 10s; "Summer Afternoon," Valance Young, £1 Is. The exhibition will be open again today and this evening, and on following days.
