GROUNDS OF DIVORCE.
The decrep nisi granted Eva Kathleen Bilkey against Edwin Leonard Bilkey in the Supremo Court on Thursday was on the grounds of mutual separation for a period of upwards of three years. Desertion was also alleged as a ground in the petition, but this plea was withdrawn bv Mr. Schramm, counsel for the petitioner.
