Jack Hood, the British welter-weight champion, and Teddy Baldock, the ban-tam-weight, remain tins unshattercd idols of (lie British prize ring. Each won a contest lust owning before record crowds in (he Albert Hall in three rounds. Hood sparred for one round, then ho jumped in and thrashed the Italian Frattini, until his seconds wcro glad to throw in the towel. Baldock seemed determined to prove that his close match with Phil Lolosky earlier in the year was a farce He boxed fiercely, after a .caution for low hitting. He knocked out Lolosky with a perfect right Ho the jaw.
