SEVEN DISCHARGES GRANTED
A bankruptcy sitting of the Supreme Court was held yesterday, Mr. Justice Smith presiding. Applications for discharge wero granted in the cases of Leonard Taylor, labourer, Waimauku; F Hedges, jeweller, Wliarigarni: Fi nest Hohneck, jun.. farmer, Pakotai; Henry P. Hay ward, share, milker, Ngatea; David N. Greig, tobacconist.. I'aniell: William I! Franke, farmer, IJuncimau (who was stated to have paid 20.s in the pound); and Richard Warren Jones, dcalei, Whangarei. In the case of Frodsham (>. Watkin sou, formerly motor-bus proprietor, His Honoi quoted the report of the official assignee that the debtor had shown some degree of recklessness, and deferred the application to another sitting.
