PUKEROA TENNIS DANCE.

The Pukcroa Tennis Club hold last evening in the Jewish Hall, Wyndham Street, tho final, for the season, of its series of very successful dances. The hall was prettily decorated with coloured streamers Miid spftly-shadcd lights, while the very enjoyable music and charming frocks worn by many of tho dancers gave tho finishing touches to a very attractive scene.

Among those present were: —Mrs. Gordon •Hardy, in shell,pink georgette, with silver trimming Mrs. M. Henry,, almond green and gold lace; Mrs. J. A. Christian, powder pink georgette, with batik shawl; Miss ]'. Lonorgati, sea-green georgette and diamante: .Miss M. Lonergan, l)lue ring velvet; Miss A. Raster, cherry georgette and Rhino stones; Miss K. Coleman, emerald green headed georgette; Miss M. Fine)), lavender crepe do chine, with Oriental trimming; Miss Telia Hamilton, eaude-nil headed georgette; Miss Ray Browin, emerald green orepe de chine, with gold trimming; Miss J. A. Wilson, blue georgette, with silver lace; Miss M. Garbolino, lacquer-red beaded geovgette: Miss J. Severn, white georgette and metal lace; Miss E. Greenwell, blue crepe taffeta; Miss M. Goodwin, flamo shot taffeta; Miss M. Upfold, sea-green ring velvet; Miy Eva Berry, wedgowood-bluo georgette and silver lace; Miss B. Kent, palest pink' beaded georgette; Miss G. Hitchcock, Naples blue georgette and silver; Miss 1. Wright, eau de-nil lame and silver: Miss K. Ward, powder pink crepe do chine; Miss Ivie .Jennings, lacquer-red velvet; Miss V. Fairlie, aurora georgette. During the evening musical items were given bv Miss Eva Berry and were much enjoyed.
