BUSINESS HOUSES MATCHES. TUNG JUNG TEAM DRAWS. Heavy rain marred the two Association football games played at Blandford Park yesterday. The matches were arranged by tho Business Houses Clubs, in an effort to raiso funds for tho support of Miss M. Simpson, their candidate in the queen carnival contest. Before the opening of the first game, Mr. Sun, manager of the Tung Jung Chinese team, presented Miss Simpson with a beautiful bouquet, the streamers bearing in Chinese monograms expressions of good wishes in the contest. In the parao against Kents, Ltd., tho Chinese showed remarkably clover football. H. Sidnan and A. Chan scored for the Tung Jung team, who finished up on terms with its opponents, the scores being 2 goals each. The principal match, between Hellabys' Ltd., and an eleven chosen from the remainder of the teams in the business houses competition, provided a fine contest. Contrary to expectations, llellaby's team more than held its own, and, but for the sound defence of the combined team, might easily have won by a substantial margin. Tho combined team claimed more of the gamo in the closing stages, and shortly before tho end Corbett obtained the only goal of tho game. The final scores were: Combined Team, 1; Hellabys', Ltd., 0.
