Persons displaying unlicensed hoardings are to ho called upon fo show cause at the next meeting of (lie Works Committee why (hey should not bo prosecuted. The district engineer of tho Public Works Department, who wroto with reference to the removal of the tramway track and advised that as a first move the council should have applied for an Order-in-Council revoking the existing Order-in-Council, is to bo informed in detail of the circumstances leading to the removal of tho track.
