Tho Leader of tlie Labour Parly, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, left England to-day on a visit to Vienna, Prague and Berlin. Ho was accompanied by Sir Oswald Mosley, Labour INT.P. for Snicthwick, and Lady Cvntliia Mosley. In Berlin Mr. Mac Donald will address the members of the Reichstag.
