BRAVERY REWARDED.
RESCUES FROM DROWNING. [nv TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRJ.STCHUECH, Monday. Tho board of directors of the Royal Humane Society has awarded a bronze medal to Mr. Frederick Manning Langdon. aged 22, of Auckland, in recogni-i tion of his rescuing a child from drowning at Onehunga on January 30. A bronze medal has also been awarded to Leonard Gordon Hatch, aged 13, of Wanganui, for rescuing a man from drowning on September 1.
