Sir William Glasgow, Federal Minister of Defence, who headed tho Australian delegation at tho Empire Parliamentary conferenco in Canada, is returning to Australia by tho Niagara. Air. A. Spencer, president of the Auckland Provincial Employers' Association, returned from a holiday in tho United States by the Niagara yesterday. He was accompanied by Sirs. Spencer. Mr. H. W. Fulton, of Glasgow, Mr, E. K. Kessell, of Sydney, Sir. J. S. Fawcett, of Hamilton, Mr. J. D. Sole, of New Plymouth, and Sir. G. Gascoigne, of Cambridge, are at tho Central Hotel. Sir. J. He first visited the Dominion while he was in tho Royal Navy. Indifferent health is ono of the reasons prompting his visit to New Zealand. He will be accompanied by the Countess of Orford.
