CITY ADMINISTRATION.
VOTE OF NO-CONFIDENCE. City Council affairs wero criticised by Mr. J. R. Lundon, in a speech delivered to approximately 600 peoplo in tho Town Hall last evening. Particular attention was paid by tho speaker to, the Transport Bill and the manner in which it was tabled in Parliament. At tho conclusion a vote of no-confidence in tho City Council was passed on tho motion of Mr. Lundon.
