PUBLIC DEBT REDUCED. REVENUE SHOWS INCREASE. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received October 7, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, Oct. C. For the first half of the present fiscal year ended September 30, the Canadian net public debt was reduced by £14,700,580. Ordinary revenue increased by £2,679 992, and expenditure by £1,921,194. Customs revenues, excise duties and income tax all showed large increases. *
