PARENTS COMPENSATED.
SON KILLED AT WORK. [r,y TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] INVERCARGILL. Friday. A claim for £SOO brought by Hugh Lawrence Henry and his wife, Margaret Henry, against the Oliai Railway Board, for compensation for the death of their son, Jarnos Lawrence Henry, who was accidentally killed by a fall of earth on May 17 while in the employ of the board, was heard in the Arbitration Court today. Plaintiffs advanced tho plea that deceased, who was unmarried, partially supported his family. Judgment was given for plaintiffs for £2OO. Funeral and medical expenses were also allowed.
