WARSHIPS LEAVING.
CRUISES IN THE PACIFIC. VERONICA AND LABURNUM. Three warships, the Dunedin, Veronica and Laburnum, will leave Auckland tomorrow, the Dunedin for the Hanraki Gulf to carry out. ten days' gunnery exercises and tho Veronica and Laburnum for extensive cruises to the South Sea islands. The Laburnum will first proceed to Suva and afterwards to Apia, Fakaofu, Mukumona, Apafu, Pago Pago, Danger Island, Manakiki, Rakahavfu, Penrhyn, Starbuck Moaden, Voftok, Flint Island, Papeete, Boroboro. Harvey Island, Pakureu, Karotonga, Nine Island, Pago Pago, Apia, Matia, Nienfati and Suva. The warship will be at Pago Pago from June 23 to July 1, and on her second visit she will be there from July 14 to July 17. She will bo at Apia from June 11 to June 19 and also from August 18 to August 25. At Papeete she will stay from July 20 to July 28. The Veronica will visit Suva, Rotumali, Ocean Island, Butaritari, Tarawa and Funifuti. She is also scheduled to return to Fiji, and to remain in the group from August 3 to September 7.
