RESULTS IN THE WAIKATO. [by telegraph.—own correspondent. J HAMILTON. Friday. A membership aggregating 711 was reported afc the annual meeting of the New Zealand Friesian Association, in Hamilton yesterday. Mr. H. J. Marchant presided over a large attendance. It was reported that during the year 89 certificates of record were gained by Fi'iesians under semi-official test, with an average of 502.091b. butter-fat. Certificates of record gained by Friesians now totalled 1578, with an average of 473.581b. fat. A credit balance of £231 5s lid. was shown in the financial statement. The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. H. J. Marchant;' vicepresidents, Messrs. R. A. Wilson and E. M. North; council, Messrs. Marchant, J. Hart, H. Jolly, J. McAnulty; secretary, Mr. F. J. Kalaugher.
