WINTER MEETING. ■ The programme in connection with the Auckland Trotting Club's Winter Meeting will require attention at the hands of horseowners on or beforo Thursday next, on which day, at 5 p.m., nominations for all events close with the secretary, Mr. A. G. Mabee. It is especially to be noted that the date for closing of nominations on this occasion is Thursday, mot Friday, as in previous years. GREAT NORTHERN DERBY. Second forfeits for the Great Northern Derby (1923) and entries for tho Great Northern Derhy (1929) close next Thursday at 5 p.m. with the secretary, Mr. A. G, Mabee. RACES AT ADDINGTON.
