OFFENCES BY YOUTH. ARREST MADE AT MIDNIGHT. [by telegraph.—press association.] ASHBURTON, Friday. A lad, aged 15, appeared in the Children's Court on six charges of breaking, entering and theft, and thr«e of committing wilful damage, at Astiburton and Rakaia. He was placed under the supervision of the child welfare officer for two years,' a raj his father was ordered to pay £ls 5s damages. The case was a sequel to an arrest made in the Ashburton Domain about midnight about a fortnight
