ADJUDGED BANKRUPT.
Au order adjudicating a partner in tho firm of Messrs. Brown and Hawkins, of Rawene, contractors, bankrupt, was sought in tho Supremo Court yesterday by ATr. Haigh, acting for Messrs. John Chambers and Son. Mr- Uaigh said ho had been unablo to get in touch with Brown, but he asked for an order of adjudication against James A, Hawkins, who had been served. Mr. Justice MacGregor granted the order.
