TROUBLE WITH SEAMEN.
COMMONWEALTH SHIPPING. SERIOUS UPHEAVAL EXPECTED. MELBOURNE, April 17. The officials of the Maritime Union say a serious industrial upheaval on tho waterfront is*- threatened. They cipect further developments in tho next few days, when the announcement of tho sale jf tho Commonwealth Line to the Kylsant group of shipping interests will be made. It is anticipated that there will be a general dislocation of all tho shipping services.
