ARTILLERYMEN INSULTED.
BAYONET CHARGE ON CROWD. Times. • LONDON, March 7. The Paris' correspondent of the Times says a Communist insulted a picket of artillerymen at Troyes, whom a hostile crowd had attacked. The artillerymen fixed bayonets and charged, and dispersed their attackers, injuring several of them.
