STORY OF HER ROMANCE. SUPPRESSION EFFORT FAILS. A. and N.Z. BERLIN. March 7. The elderly sister of' the ex-Kaiser, Princess Victoria, who recently married the young Russian Zoubkoff, has failed in an attempt to preveut the publication of a book describing her romance. The Court ruled .that sho is a person of historic fame, but it granted her request to suppress the publication of photographs of Zoubkoff and herself taken together.
