ANSWERS DURING DEBATE.
A. and N.Z.-Sun. LOIs-DOIN, March 7. The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. G. Locker-Lampson, referred in the House of Commons to the series of questions asked about the Zinovieff letter. He said that as the Goveminent was to provide an opportunity for a debate on the subject it would be better to give the information sought then instead of by means of answers to
questions. Asked if it was usual to refuse information because it would eventually be the subject of a debate, Mr. LockorLampson said lie was not refusing to give information. All the questions vt<iuld be answered in the course of the debate.
