FALL FROM BALCONY.
WOMAN'S LONG EXPOSURE.
FOUND INJURED ON ROAD.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION-!! WELLINGTON, Thursday.
At five o'clock yesterday morning * milkman found Mrs. Stafford, of Main Road, Wadcstown, lying helpless on the ground, suffering from injuries to her hip. She had been lying there since midday on Tuesday. The injured woman said that she was emptying water from a balcony, which gave way, causing her to fall to the ground, a distance of about 12ft. She endeavoured unsuccessfully to attract attention by calling out. An X-ray examination at the hospital has not disclosed any serious injuries.
