SEAMAN ADMITS OFFENCE.
"WORRIED BY HIS CONDUCT."
Bigamy was admitted by Charles Kemblo Poole, seaman (Mr. A. Moody), who appeared in the Police Court yesterday. It was stated accused was married in Loudon in July, 1925. Irt August, 1927, lie wept through u. second marriage ceremony at New Plymouth. Detective Sinclair said accused had stated he had been worried by his conduct and was glad the matter had come to a head, lie was devoted to the woman whom ho had married last year, and she was determined to stand by him. Accused had a master mariner's certificate. Accusod was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
