RUSSIAN RAILWAYS.
LOAN FROM AMERICA. STATE OBJECTION ANTICIPATED. A. and N.Z. WASHINGTON. Jan. 30. The Department of State is expected to object to the flotation of the Russian railway Joan in the United States. It is considering the proposals for the circumvention of the general American policy against the financing in America of Russian projects.
