The Whaniarei Croquet Club's annual tourney reached the concluding stages to-day when three finals wotis decided. Results arc:— Championship Doubles.—Final: Mrs, Webbet* and Miss Llodse lEpsom) won from Mrs. Parker Hill and Mrs. Clarke (Remuera), 26—14. The losers did not piay up to their usual form. Handicap Doubles.—Final: Mesdnmes Walker and McLean (Whangarci) beat Mesdames Delanior© and Pope (Whangarei), 2(1—19. Meslarne3 Delamorc and Pope were a ldng way behind in the early atageu. but made a great effort in the concluding stages. B Grado Singles.—Final - Mrs. MoPhee beat Mrs. McLean, 26 —22. after a hard contest. A Grale Championship Singles.—Mr. Crano bent Mrs. Laurie. 26—22: Mrs. Marshall beat Mrs. Sword. 26—21; Mrs. Harri son beat Mrs. Morrish, 26 —19- Miss Hodgo beat Mrs. Sword, 26—'3; Mrs Marshall beat Mrs Cahill, 26—13: Mis. Clarke beat Mrs Wilson, 26—19; Mrs. Walker beat Mrs. Pope, 26—22; Mrs. Bryant beat Mrs. Harrison. 26—23: Mrs. Cahill beat Miss Hodge. 20—18; Mrs. Walker bent Mr*. Harrison, o(*,_ir.
