FALL IN NEW SOUTH WALES. FLOOD MENACE MORE ACUTE, A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, Deo. 1. Torrential rain continues to fall on the north coast of New South Wales, and many residents of low-lying districts have been compelled to abandon their homes. The menace of flood is becoming more acute every day.
