r AN UNRESTRICTED SCHEME. THE NOMINATION PRINCIPLE. Times. ; . . LONDON. Nov. 17. The Times states that as a result of an interprovincial conference the Canadian Government is embarking upon a new and ■ unrestricted migration scheme with Britain. The scheme is based on nomination, firstly ' by friends and secondly by descriptive nomination whereby an employer applies for workers whom ho wishes to settle in Canada. The change will involve a large increase in the Canadian migration staff in London. Responsible persons, organisations and emigration societies, provided they are able to settle migrants, can cany out the bulk of the nomination until May 15, 1928.
