EX-SULTAN'S RELATIVES.
REPORTED TO BE DESTITUTE. (Received November 18, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Stm. - JERUSALEM, Nov. 17. The grandchildren of the late Sultan, [Abdul Aziz, are completely destitute at 'Aleppo and are virtually starving. The local governor and other notabilities are promoting a collection for the relief of the grandchildren.
