REDUCING THE AGE LIMIT* APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL. (British Official Wireless.) A. and N.Z. RUGBY, Oct. 8. The conference of the Conservative Party in Cardiff, by an overwhelming majority, passed a resolution in favour of giving votes women at the age of 21 years.
