SUBSIDENCE OF ROAD.
ATIAMURf-ROTORUA ROUTE. PRIVATE MOTOR-CAR DAMAGED. % Advice received last evening from Mr. R. E. Champtaloup, service officer of the Auckland Automobile Association, states that the road near the 19-mile peg between Atiamuri and Rotorua has caved in and is dangerous lor traffic. A private motor-car was damaged there to-day. The Atiamuri-Taupo road is in fair order. Cars for Rotorua are cither being railed from Putaruru or are travelling via Wairakei and Waiotapu.
