"A NIGHT IN EGYPT." SUCCESSFUL EVENING. # A most successful Egyptian night was held at the Click Clack Cabaret on Saturday. Panels of Oriental design in rich colourings decorated the walls, and pedestal lights were shaded with Egyptian scenes painted on gauze. Huge paper shades with long tassels in rose and gold and blue suspended overhead gave charming lighting effects, and at intervals round the room clusters of tall palms were arranged. During an interval Madame Valeska gave a Hungarian dance, and with four clever pupils danced the black bottom Charleston. Miss Silva Maxwell contributed a graceful dance entitled "The Spirit of Egypt." Among those present were Mrs. Vigers, wearing a frock of midnight blue embossed georgette; Mrs. T. Cohen.
