CONVERT TO LEAGUE.
ENGLISH OFFER ACCEPTED. WAIKATO RUGBY PLAYER. . [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] HAMILTON. Sunday Advice has been received that F. Buckingham, of Hamilton, the Waikato Rugby representative threequarter, has accepted an offer to join the Swinton League Club in England, and will leave m three weeks' time. The offer is said to include payment of all expenses and a substantial cash sum Buckingham has confirmed the report and stated that negotiations have been completed, and that he will leave, for England shortly. Buckingham's decision will mean a big loss to Rugby in Waikato.
