FINNISH PARLIAMENT.

AUTOMATIC DIVISIONS. MEMBERS PRESS BUTTONS. A. and N.Z. VIBORG, Aug. IS. Divisions in the Finnish Parliament, which has a single Chamber, now occupy only 70 seconds. A machine has been installed in the chamber beside the Speaker's chair, and when a division is necessary he presses a button which lights a green lamp as a signal to the deputies. Thereupon a member presses either a " ves " or a " no " button which is installed at each desk. The voting is automatically recorded and exhibited in the House.
