MURDER IN IRELAND.
ARRESTED MEN DISCHARGED.
PROSECUTION ABANDONED.
A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON, July 25. The ten men who were arrested after the murder of the late Mr., Kevin O'Higgins and charged with conspiracy to murder were discharged to-day. No evidence was offered by the prosecution. The crowd at the Court cheered on hearing the decision.
