BRITISH! COLLEGES VISITED.

SIR JAMES PARR TO REPORT. A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON, July 25. The High Commissioner for New Zealand, Sir James Parr, has visited a number of agricultural colleges, particularly Reading University, which he found is akin to the proposed agricultural college at Palmerston North. .Sir James was accompanied by Major Norton Francis, of Christchurch, Dr. J. Hight, of Canterbury College, Mr. W. Matheson and Mr. W. Wright, dairying inspector, who were much impressed with what they saw at Reading. Sir James will report fully to the New Zealand Government.
