CLAY-BIRD SHOOTING.
THE HAMILTON CLUB. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN' CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Sunday. The Hamilton Gun Club conducted a successful clay-bird shoot at Ruakura yesterday. A feature of the programme was the skilful marksmanship of J. Amundsen, Hamilton, who shot 29 birds without a. miss. A. Woolven. a High School boy, made only one miss throughout tho afternoon. The results of the matches were:— No. X Shoot. 7 birds.—J. Amundsen and W. Woolven shot tho possible and divided. G. Peach. W. Howe, W. R. Smith (Thames) and Dr. Pinfold each shot six birds. There were 16 entries. C. Seddon's Trophy.—J. Amundsen. X: J. McMiken. W. Woolven, and A. Woolven (equal), 2. Seventeen entries. No. 3 Shoot.—A. Woolven, W. R. Smith, J. Amundsen and P. Jelavich shot the possible. Fourteen entries. No. 4 Shoot.—J. McMiken. B. Smith, ,T. Amundsen and W. Mooro shot the possible. Fifteen entries.
