SALES MANAGER FINED. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] WELLINGTON, Wednesday "Extraordinary," remarked Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M., when the sales, manager of a Wellington motor concern was charged in the Magistrate's Court yesterday with driving a motor-car with wrong number plates.
