RAILWAYS CONFERENCE.
NEW ZEALAND DELEGATES. RETURN FROM AUSTRALIA. [by TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON. Friday. The delegation of New Zealand railway officers who attended the conference of the Australian and New Zealand Railways at Sydney on March 14, are expected to arrive back about the middle of next week. The delegates were: Messrs. D. Rodie (commercial manager), E. T. Spidy (superintendent of workshops), H. J. Wynne (signal and electrical engineer) and H. Valentine (chief accountant). In addition to attending the conference, they carried out independent investigations at Melbourne and Adelaide.
