OFFICIAL CALLS EXCHANGED. The presence of the French war sloop Cassiopee • was the occasion yesterday' of the exchanging of official calls between the commander, Captain J. Deeoux, and ■* representative citizensu In the morning Captain Decoux, accompanied by - M. Paul Serro, French Consul, called upon the Mayor, Mr. G. Baildoo, and later upon the chairman of the Harbour Board, Mr. 11. R. Mackenzie.
